Position: PGC Europe Sales Operation Analyst (m/f/x)

Location: Geneva

Do you want to be part of our dynamic and high-paced P&G environment? If yes, join our diverse motivated team as a Sales Operation Analyst !

In this role, you will act as the Sales process Key User by understanding end to end, order process: Pricing, Order processing, Invoicing, Collection. Collaboration with other Functions whenever an intervention is needed will be a must. Besides, a daily use of SAP will be required in areas for Customer Setup, Data investigations, etc.

You will also be responsible for the Customer Master Data by:

  • Owning Setup & Process

  • Training & Coaching Team

  • Ensuring accuracy – proactively identifying issues and solving them

Finally, you would support Account Executive in Blocked Orders by:

  • Running daily report and communicating all orders on block

  • Coordinating between Sales and Customer Operations

  • Leading Adjustments / Invoice Payment resolution

  • Being Sample Center Owner

  • Organizing Team Call/meetings as needed


Qualifications

  • Strong Collaboration skills to deal with internal and external parties

  • Fluent in English

  • Basic knowledge in SAP

  • Proficiency in MS office (Power BI, Excel, etc)

  • Reporting – Shipment Hub, SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce
