Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:

Pharma| Senior Legal Counsel | Zug & Remote | Temp. 6 months | 60-100 % | Jan. 2023 | CHF 150’000+

Tasks

Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling on legal and regulatory requirements in the day-to-day business
  • Negotiate, draft and review various commercial contracts and legal documents 
  • Support the supplier management department with legal advice
  • Manage claims following the internal guidelines
  • Advise on corporate and commercial issues

Requirements

Experience:
  • Fluent in English
  • Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw)
  • Compliance experience in Pharma sector
  • In-depth experience in commercial contracting 
  • At least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or in as in-house legal counsel
