The Job in Brief

The Quality Control Officer will be responsible after initial training for a variety of tasks such as HACCP monitoring according to Inflight Catering procedures, including performing safety and quality audits, and temperature control checks.

  • Daily monitoring of Preventive Controls
  • Interpret and implement internal Quality Procedures, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.
  • Run report detailing current performance to management Team
  • Communicate with Managers on daily basis to ensure accurate data is being reported for each department
  • Collect and monitor all quality documents for each department
  • Support on-site audits conducted by external providers and Customers
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training activities to meet Quality Standards
  • Ensure training records are monitored and complete
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Maintain the internal Quality Management System (Team Pulse)

Requirements:

Proven experience in the Food Quality industry

Inflight catering Quality experience is a strong advantage

Excellent Computer, Presentation, and Analytical Skills

Strong organizational skills

Must be capable of working independently and under pressure

Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and have the ability to get things done
