Our teams of Advisors deliver advice, solutions and services across investments, wealth planning, credit and banking to help clients build, preserve and manage their wealth over time.The opening is for a Quality Senior Specialist in the Control Management Organization. The team has responsibility for monitoring and testing adherence to policies and procedures by Client Advisors and Control/Support functions across EMEA. The testing primarily covers Suitability, Cross-Border activity, and Selling Practices.

This individual will:Execute Quality Assurance testing against established criteria; additionally, testing requires subject matter expertise with the ability to draw inferences, identify root cause, and make recommendations for corrective actionActively participate in Line Of Business feedback sessions as testing results SME and offers clarifying commentary as needed to support findingsArticulate findings verbally in meetings, analyse disputes, reassessments, and escalations, and demonstrates fortitude against potential adversityProvide verbal and written summaries of findings and corresponding corrective actionsMay act as a liaison with offshore team, and provide subject matter expertise

Provide feedback pertaining to processes and opportunities for enhancement

May perform targeted reviewsEnsure testing job aids are kept current and are beneficial tools for the Quality Specialists and AnalystsParticipate in new test creation or modification as new obligations or requirements changesQualifications:Position requires experience in oversight functions such as auditing and/or operational quality assuranceStrong organization and time management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsHigh degree of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgencyAbility to quickly absorb industry knowledge, business processes, policies and regulatory requirementsFlexible and able to work in fast-paced environment to meet aggressive deadlines while priorities are shiftingStrong analytical, issue resolution and problem solving skillsRisk and control management experienceStrong leadership skillsRelationship building and conflict managementStrong Microsoft Office skills.Englis is a must.
