In this role as Region Europe Head People Partner you will lead the region of cross-divisional People Partner teams in delivering a consistent end-to-end P&O experience, focusing on the moments that matter for leaders, managers and associates. Establishing harmonized People Partner processes and ways of working globally and regionally in order to provide a P&O experience that meets both customer (leaders, managers and associates) and stakeholder expectations (Country P&O Board, Business Partners and COEs) now and in the future.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of a P&O agenda, aligned with the global P&O strategy, and ensure effective implementation. Being accountable for the overall performance of the People Partnering Teams, you will ensure successful delivery of credible P&O People Partnering to leaders, managers and associates, offering advice and guidance on the moments that matter
- The execution of local implementation of large-scale organizational and day-to-day structure changes, in line with country regulations / policies; analysis of relevant data and metrics to understand and anticipate annual workload trends to ensure the team has capacity to meet business needs
- Acting as a diplomat, negotiator and coach to align the agendas of the business, CTS and the P&O function whilst actively participating in complex, enterprise P&O projects or initiatives; ensure business representation and alignment. You will also champion culture and support implementation of corporate initiatives (e.g., CwR, Evolve, Go Big on Learning)
- Being the escalation point for exceptions to P&O standards (regulations and P&O processes), deviations or appeals; advising on and handling diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels, e.g., gender representation, LGBTI, pay equity (ensuring compliance with local equity / Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations). You’ll do this by leading the alignment and harmonization of local regulations with P&O Board; monitoring compliance, risk management and review of P&O controls (as part of the NFCM framework) working with People Partner team
- Leading the People Partner team to ensure successful country transitions and integrations including effective change management and business continuity. You will also provide coaching, feedback, learning opportunities and mentoring to support and enable P&O team members in their development
- Clarifying People Partner team priorities linked to purpose and strategy, helping collaboration with other teams, managing across the matrix, removing obstacles and overcoming silos. You will do this by collaborating with other P&O People Partner Heads in other countries, regions and clusters to maintain a consistent standard globally
- Communicating a full spectrum of inclusion & Psychological Safety whilst also identifying required critical capabilities for the future and establish plans to meet capability gaps at the organization and individual level; instigating career and development conversations with business leaders, understanding aspirations, skills and the capabilities required.

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Extensive experience in leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization
- Experience with leading and implementation of large transformational initiatives
- You will have proven experience in guiding large teams and people leaders through transformations as well as everyday challenges.
- Ability to confidently interact with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization.
- Fluent in English: oral & writing, other languages desirable.
