We are currently seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our client’s esteemed team based in Zurich Canton, Switzerland.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical or chemical regulatory affairs, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities

Oversee regulatory data concerning raw materials and products, ensuring accuracy and completeness in compliance documentation.
    Keep updated on global legal regulations, standards, and guidelines pertaining to chemical law, and clearly communicate their implications to stakeholders. Professionally represent the company in interactions with clients and regulatory authorities, both locally and internationally. Work collaboratively with internal departments such as development, production, application technology, and sales to effectively navigate regulatory changes.
  • Coordinate travel as needed to fulfill job duties, maintaining a strong presence in Zurich Canton and beyond.


Your Profile

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
    Have a proven track record in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. Possess exceptional communication skills in both English and German C2 or native, capable of conveying complex regulatory requirements clearly and effectively. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and reliability, especially in fast-paced and demanding environments. Exhibit a clear understanding of product application and functionality within customer processes. Hold professional certifications or memberships relevant to regulatory affairs. Have experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and authorities in Switzerland or the European Union.
  • Possess familiarity with regulatory compliance software and tools.
