Looking for a job in a relocation department to accompany assignees during their transition period? This job’s for you. Let’s move on and deal with orientation tours, housing search, schooling assistance, furniture rental etc.
Your responsibilities would include:
· Communicating and setting expectations with various ranges of stakeholders
· Briefing expatriates about their mobility programs
· Negotiating with both local and international stakeholders
· Submitting offers to HR clients
· Planning, preparing and integrating operations on our tech tools
· Overseeing and monitoring all the delivery process
. Accompanying assignees during the service delivery process
· Detecting and managing the exceptions
· Controlling happiness level of assignees
· Preparing reports
· Providing management with feedback
Qualifications
· At least a Bachelor degree in administration and/or hospitality business
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Working experience with IT tools and excel
· experience with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
· Proven ability to plan and manage resources
Experience requirements
. one year at least, completed in the relocation business
Language requirements
Minimum English + French level C1
Any additional language a real +
Others
. Driving license required
. Job start date: October 3rd
