Position

Reporting to the Customer Care Service Manager, you will be helping and advising customers throughout Switzerland on products and technical enquiries. You will also be supporting the Sales team and the Projects team with the preparation offers/bids, as well as providing customers and employees with product training, and assisting the field service staff.

Profile
  • Fluent written and spoken German, with good English and French
  • 2-5 years experience in a back-office/sales support function within a technical industry
  • Basic technical training in building services engineering (heating, sanitary, ventilation, electrical installer or planner)
  • Good IT skills (Auto-CAD, Windows, MS Office)
  • Sales-oriented, excellent customer focus, team player
