Your Opportunity

Title: Senior Business Development Executive, Switzerland

Reports to: Head of Sales, DACH

Location: Work remotely from home with the ability to travel within the territory as required

Contract: Permanent & full-time

In this exciting new opportunity, the Senior Business Development Executive, Switzerland is responsible for new business acquisition and delivering sales targets to achieve our business growth objectives. In this B2B focused role, you are accountable for market research, sourcing leads, identifying new clients, meeting and pitching to decision-makers, and securing new business deals across our portfolio of training products (online, blended or face-to-face) specifically geared towards the Swiss market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities in Switzerland
  • Cross-sell and up-sell solutions to our B2B customers
  • Generating appointments and activities that lead to sales opportunities
  • Establish and expand business relationships (C-level, HR Development, etc.)
  • Manage tenders, process inquiries, and provide personalized customer solutions
  • Reach and exceed individual sales targets monthly
  • Manage the CRM system (MS- Dynamics)

Requirements

Our Successful Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development professional with the ability to understand the needs and goals of prospects and build strong relationships with clients through a consultative approach. You will demonstrate a process-oriented, agile approach as products and sales strategies evolve, along with knowledge of dynamics in the Swiss market.

This role is suited to a highly motivated, ambitious and results-driven self-starter with established experience in a direct sales role, preferably within EdTech, SaaS or training. We are looking for proven B2B sales achievements, working across digital, virtual and software deals.

This role requires the ability to communicate fluently in German and English, and additional language skills are an advantage. A Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree would also be an advantage.
