As a Senior Digital E-Commerce Brand Manager, you will :
- Analyse industry, competition, and channel trends.
- Develop short & mid-term innovation strategy and support plans (incl. content creation upon need) to drive sustainable e-commerce competitive advantage across different European markets and brands.
- Craft digital strategies and annual communication plans (incl. pilots with dedicated digital platforms).
- Lead and optimize regional search strategy (incl. Amazon and Google).
- Lead and launch dedicated e-commerce launch executions and track initiatives’ performance on regional level, identify sales drivers and restrainers and on-going fine-tune support plans to maximize sales and ROI.
- Build cooperative business relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage relevant suppliers (agencies, photographers, printers, mailing houses etc).
- Manage budget including purchase orders.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor’s Degree ideally in management/marketing
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with externally focused mindset
- Proven track record of brand/project management in multicultural matrix organization (i.e. interdependency between local-regional-global)
- Digital (platforms and e-media) and e-commerce understanding is a strong plus.
- Beauty sector and/or Digital/e-Commerce experience is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and executional excellence
- Proven organizational agility and ability to learn
- Fluent/Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
