Your Profile

• Degreed in Engineering (Biotech, Bioprocess engineering or similar)
• Min 5 years of working experience in planning on (bio-)pharmaceutical projects
• Very good knowledge in typical bioprocess operations (Upstream, Downstream, Buffer, Media)
• Work independently on solutions for complex technical challenges
• Goal-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent German and English skills (C1+)
  

Your Tasks

• Support the process planning and execution for all types of projects from the design to the implementation, as well as in construction site management, commissioning and qualification
• Prepare process design documents and deliverables for all phases of projects including Conceptual Design, Basis of Design and Detailed Design.
• Create and modify reports, specifications and drawings to scope of the project in collaboration with the Lead Engineer.
• Make calculations, using engineering formulas and skills for process design.
• Selects equipment in agreement with the Lead Process Engineer and generates equipment lists and schedules.

IPS-Integrated Project Services GmbH ist ein in Basel ansässiges Beratungs- und Planungsunternehmen für alle Phasen von ingenieurtechnischen Ausführungsprojekten von Anlagen zur Herstellung von pharmazeutischen Produkten mit Schwerpunkt auf Biopharmazeutika. Ihr Profil

• Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften (Biotechnologie, Bioverfahrenstechnik oder ähnlichem)
• 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung von (bio-) pharmazeutischen Projekten
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in typischen Bioprozessen (Upstream, Downstream, Buffer, Media)
• Planungsverantwortlich für Teilbereiche innerhalb des Prozess-Teams
• Eigenständige Lösungserarbeitung für anspruchsvolle technische Herausforderungen
• Zielorientiert, mit guten Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1+)
  

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützten der verfahrenstechnische Planung und Ausführung für alle Arten von Projekten in der Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung, sowie im Baustellenmanagement, der Inbetriebnahme und der Qualifizierung
• Erstellen von Prozessdesigndokumenten für alle Phasen von Projekten, einschliesslich Konzeptentwürfen, Entwurfsgrundlagen und Detailplanungen.
• Erstellen und Ändern von Berichten, Spezifikationen und Zeichnungen gemäss Projektvorgaben und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem leitenden Ingenieur.
• Durchführung von Berechnungen durch Anwendung von technischen Formeln und Fähigkeiten für das Prozessdesigns.
• Auswahl von Anlagen basierend in Abstimmung mit dem leitenden Projektingenieurs und Erstellung von Anlagenlisten und -verzeichnisse.
