For one of our clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland, in Jura area, we are recruiting a Software Department Manager who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. This opportunity is for you!Responsibilities:As a Software Department Manager you oversee and lead the software development team to achieve goals and objectives (software products and solutions) according standards and customer needs. You set department goals and align them with business objectives. You plan, organize and monitore software development projects. You also ensure timely delivery of high quality software products, moreover, you manage resources effectively. You define the software department’s strategic direction with the leadership team. You build and maintain skilled and motivated software development teams, Scrum Master / Product Owner groups.Profile:
  • Bachelor in IT
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Very good knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
  • Very good knowledge of software development methodologies and techologies
  • Very good knowledge in AI and Cloud
  • Very good knowledge in Computer Vision and in Cybersecurity
  • Very good knowledge in C#/.NET
  • Good knowledge of Agile
  • French and English. German, a plus
  • Available to travel
