Duration: 11 weeks
Academic requirements: Recently completed or are currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences

Your field of responsibility
Support the sales teams and client service infrastructure in all kind of investment fund specific tasks e.g. answering questions from clients on the phone or via email.
Compile and send periodical and/or ad hoc reports to internal stakeholders and external clients in close collaboration with sales teams, portfolio managers and other stakeholders.
Support sales teams with all kind of client communication and events e.g. push mails, periodical mailings, virtual update calls or video conferences.
Support any other projects that are going on e.g. connected to our Customer Relationship Management tool, statistics etc.
Maintain and intensify contacts and collaboration across all business areas within Credit Suisse Group worldwide

Your qualifications and skills

Demonstrate the skills and attributes you bring to this key position within the Credit Suisse Asset Management, Client Service and Sales Support Switzerland/EMEA department. Tell us how your experience, character and vision connect with the responsibilities required and prospects we offer. You have:

  • A desire to seek challenges and are a supportive, adaptable team member who can build strong relationships
  • Fluent German and a solid working knowledge of English; other languages would be an advantage
