Supplier Quality Engineer - Global MedTech in Switzerland - French/EnglishThis is a replacement position, permanent, and situated in bustling French Switzerland, and the local manufacturing site. The role will be to support Supplier Quality Management in driving incoming quality, evaluating new and existing suppliers, and resolving supplier issues to closure in a timely manner. Further tasks will include supplier qualification and audit, material qualification, CAPAs, and generally ensure compliance to local and international regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, MDR, FDA). The position will furthermore participates in new product development and process improvement wrt dealing with Suppliers.
Key is the need to hit the ground running and therefore essential to have auditing experience if not be a certified Auditor to ISO 13485. A mechanical engineering degree or similar is perfect, with at least a couple of years working in industry, with Medical devices experience ideal. Auditing experience within Aerospace or Automotive will also be considered. French and English both required.
