Our offer

The Capgemini Engineering Team is looking for a qualified System Engineer Traction to support our client in the German speaking part.

Your role


  • Design, development and integrate different types of systems, such as traction, energy storage and auxiliary systems
  • Support the product management from concept until proposal stages
  • Analyze and clarify customer requirements
  • Technical writting of specifications for system components and communicate them to the suppliers
  • Verify and validate systems and products in the laboratory or the field

Your profile


  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar qualifications
  • Previous work experience in the field of power electronics and drive systems
  • Good knowledge of Li-Ion batteries
  • High level of initiative, customer focus, teamwork and flexibility
  • Immediate availability and/or short notice period is a big plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. German is very beneficial
