JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Contribute to our social media & digital recruiting strategy for crew and ashore positions

• Prepare and execute social media projects such as: video and photo engagement, career webinars, social media, talent communities, mapping professional and alumni association

• Monitor and maintain company Careers website, social media pages and profiles

• Working on implementation of new recruitment platform

• Engage with and source candidates through social media tools and technology, while representing and promoting MSC Cruises employer’s brand

• Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies

• Collaborate with the Communication Team to promote MSC brand and increase attraction

• Improve upon our existing programs, and processes whilst developing innovative strategies to find talented, passionate people

• Ability to utilise data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals and projections

• Conduct and present market research on candidate data including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, talent supply and demand reports, identify top target companies, or talent pools

• Coordinate activities around pipelining for specific projects and campaigns across different business areas and geographies for active and passive talent


QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters Degree with a specialization in HR/Marketing/Social Media

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience

• Talent Acquisition digital & Social Media experience

• Strong sourcing knowledge

• Project management experience is a plus

• Fluency in English


VISA REQUIREMENTS

EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland
