As our team grows across Switzerland and internationally, we wish to strengthen and complement our sales team. We are looking for a proactive, convincing and independent personality for the role of Account Manager Cloud & DevOps, 80:100%, with immediate effect or by appointment.

This is not your everyday Account Manager role. Our offering is highly technical and we’re pretty nerdy, so it will take a special person to enjoy this position. Do you love IT? Tasks

You will be in daily contact with our clients from a variety of sectors such as banking, telecom or governmental agencies. Understanding their needs and carefully figuring out how Adfinis can help relieve their pain points will be essential, but you won’t be alone to do this. You can look forward to joining a close-knit team and will get support from technical colleagues to engineer solutions using our products.We offer a consultative sales approach to our customers, built on trust and partnering to get the most value for them.

Responsibilities for this role:
  • Arouse the customer’s interest in our services around cloud technologies and IT services
  • In addition to enabling new customer, you will also continue to maintain and develop our existing customers
  • You strive to achieve your personal goals and support the team to achieve the team and companies goals
  • You support the customer in their buyer’s journey, plan your activities independently and manage your resources in a target-oriented manner
  • Together with our Customer Development Team you will provide solutions and proposals to satisfy the customer’s needs in the best possible way
  • Leading negotiations with business customers at all hierarchical levels
  • To keep your skills and portfolio knowledge up-to-date, you will complete internal as well as external courses and certifications
Requirements

Ideally, you will have the following qualifications:
  • A passion for IT topics and/or cloud services
  • Basic training in the technical or commercial field
  • At least three years of experience in field sales and/or IT sales organizations
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluency in German & English, knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Networked thinking, structured way of working and numerical flair
  • Negotiation skills, goal-oriented and perseverance
  • Strong networking skills and pleasure in finding new contacts to expand your network
  • A desire to work independently in a dynamic and technical environment
  • The desire to learn about new technologies and familiarize yourself with technical topics
  • Accustomed to working efficiently in a home office setting (not exclusively)
