We are looking for an Accountant FR/EN/GER (m/f/d) in part time (60-80%)

Essential Functions

• Preparation of financial statement, including notes to the annual accounts.
• Overall management of general accounting, including accounts receivable and payable
• Assets accounting and Investment Capex
• Intercompany Reconciliation (Netting)
• Preparation and filing of VAT returns for all the countries where the company is registered
• Valuation of AR, Ap and G/L Account in foreign exchange
• Posting Account Statements (G/L Accounts)
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining customers’ credit limit
• Takeover and coordination of payroll accounting
• Monthly and year-end closing work
• Preparation of month-end closing
• Assistance with statistical reporting
• Dunning

Your profile

• Accountant (Brevet federal in Finance and accounting) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an international company
• Deep and confirmed knowledge of analytical accounting, monthly/annual closing, VAT declarations, SwissGAAP and EU IFRS ...
• Solid SAP and Excel knowledge
• Languages French (mother tongue), English (C1), German (B2+)
• Pro-active, independent, reliable & trustworthy, organised & structured
