General Support to technical team & customer care
Customer relations in coordination with the technical team
Management of the claims in ERP & CRM Software
Handling and resolving customer complaints
Add value to clients through identifying additional needs and providing product and service advice
Answer phone inquiries and provide 1st level support
Shipment of the repaired devices Worldwide
Assist the Group Leader on Special customers

Extensive customer service experience
Ideally hygienist / dental assistant or working in a medical customer service department but not mandatory
Good French, English, German knowledge
Customer focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong Export knowledge skills
Flexible, good ability to work under stress and identify the priorities
Ability to work in a technical department
Good problem solving and organizational skills
