Votre mission

  • FR/ANG/ALL obligatoire
  • General Support to technical team & customer care
  • Customer relations in coordination with the technical team
  • Management of the claims in ERP & CRM Software
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Add value to clients through identifying additional needs and providing product and service advice
  • Answer phone inquiries and provide 1st level support
  • Shipment of the repaired devices Worldwide
  • Assist the Group Leader on Special customers

Votre profil

  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Ideally hygienist / dental assistant or working in a medical customer service department but not mandatory
  • Good French, English, German knowledge
  • Customer focused
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong Export knowledge skills
  • Flexible, good ability to work under stress and identify the priorities
  • Ability to work in a technical department
  • Good problem solving and organizational skills
