What You’ll Do
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on AI/ML Engineer to join us on the sprint that takes us from conceptualization to Product. You will be joining us at the earliest stage of the journey and responsible for designing, developing, and testing new features for completely new products. The right candidate has an entrepreneur spirit, thrives in dynamic environments, and can be counted on when the going gets tough. The ideal candidate is also a great communicator with terrific follow-through who can optimize on workflow and/or document changes concisely.
You will join a group of equally motivated and capable AI/ML engineers, working alongside other software and product management teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Design, develop and test end-to-end Deep Learning and Generative AI products, for processing text, image, video and audio.
- Design, build, and test machine learning model monitoring capabilities with the highest standard.
- Implement prototype and product grade code for new solutions.
- Design and Build CI/CD and ML/Data ops dev pipeline.
- Monitor and improve the performance of existing AI/ML models to further improve their efficiency and performance.
- Staying up to date with the latest advancements in the AI/ML and apply them in developing innovative solutions.
- Conduct research and development into innovated AI/ML models using state-of-the-art tools and techniques, develop new algorithms and systems for reasoning and generating text, image, video and audio.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
- 4+ years of work experience in developing end-to-end data science solutions and pipelines as a major contributor.
- Experienced engineer with a track record developing and delivering complex, enterprise class software, and build successful business outcomes.
- Great understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing fundamentals.
- Practical experience with Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, and other Generative AI techniques.
- Hands-on experience with all phases of model development, from creating and running measurement campaigns to designing and coding the models, benchmarking, and optimizations for efficiency.
- Experience applying various ML techniques, and understanding the key parameters that affect their performance. Knowledge in building and re-engineering supervised/un-supervised and ensemble models on structured and semi-structured data.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native software architectures and related technologies is desired. Experience in Computer Vision, Image Processing and Edge Computing is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Python and other related languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
