As the premier supplier to our client, a leading commodities company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as an Application Delivery Manager, permanent.

Our client is looking for a business process delivery manager taking on tasks which include planning, coordination and quality control of applications for our client’s trading system.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the deployment and patching process
  • Owning the backlog of requests and manage prioritization with Product Owner and key business stakeholders
  • Working with Scrum Master and technical teams to groom, estimate, and plan backlog for upcoming sprints and releases
  • Ensuring adherence to the change management process
  • Being a point of contact between business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA
Your background
  • 5-7 years’ experience around in-house software service delivery, working in the commodity trading, finance, or accounting business sectors
  • Have Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
  • Can clearly and proactively communicate relevant information to various levels in the organization
  • Good Knowledge of IT development and deployment technologies and processes
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
  • Experience working with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)
