Apprenticeship Program Specialist, L&D Switzerland(80 - 100%)

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Apprenticeship Program Specialist within the Campus Switzerland Office.

The Campus Switzerland Office aims to inspire and care for J&J employees and communities, and to strengthen the reputation of J&J throughout Switzerland. Reporting to the Learning & Development Lead Switzerland, the Apprenticeship Specialist is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and projects within our Apprenticeship Program. Working closely with Apprenticeship Site Coordinators and the Work Coaches across all sites, the candidate will ensure that our apprentices have an exceptional apprenticeship experience by developing and delivering unique opportunities for our youngest talent and creating an environment where everyone belongs. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the country to drive and implement program-related activities.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best in class Apprentice Program Lifecycle (onboarding, education program, finding the best talents etc.)
  • Shape and develop the apprentices’ work experience in their profession
  • Establish effective relationships with external key stakeholders (authorities, schools, partners) and identify potential new strategic partnerships
  • Actively collaborate with internal / external stakeholders and streamlining processes
  • Provide consistent communication to the apprentices and the business
  • Member of the editorial team Switzerland to promote apprenticeship program internally and externally
  • Responsible for communication and engagement through different channels and platforms
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition/Business for talent management
  • Trend-Scouting - collecting and passing on ideas from customers/stakeholders and employees, generate own ideas and excellence in execution
  • Reporting & Finance processes

Qualifications
  • Commercial Apprenticeship EFZ or higher education HF, FH
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience
  • Experience working with apprentices / Vocational Education Trainer (Berufsbildner/in) is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Swiss dual-track system
  • Very good verbal & written communication skills (in both German and English)
  • Strategically minded with an ability to independently lead and implement projects / programs
  • Experience in partnering and collaborating with cross functional teams / operating in a matrix organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a sharp, motivated, and flexible team player with a strong proactive can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Must be able to process confidential and sensitive information
  • Open minded with a desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Excellent Microsoft office applications know-how (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneNote)
