About Our Client

Our client is a leading company in the retail space with a strong brand and presence in the market. We are looking for an experienced HR lead to join asap for at least 6M with the chance to go permanent.

Job Description
  • Business partner to the GM Switzerland, Finance, Marketing and Sales leadership on all HR topics
  • Management of a small HR team (HR Operations and Talent)
  • Responsibility for all HR topics: Talent Management and Development, TA: strategy, employer branding, partnerships with unis, Org. Development, etc.
  • Take on projects as needed
  • Drive Recruitment strategy in a competitive market
The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong exposure to TA topics in the past would be a plus
  • Retail experience would be a strong asset
  • Fluent in German and English, French a plus
  • Able to manage a complete organization which is embedded into a wider matrix organization
  • Hands-on, solution oriented and flexible mind-set
