Job Description
  • You will be in charge of the TA process for corporate functions (mostly Finance and IT) from A to Z
  • Manage and drive your candidate pipeline and ensure that they progress through the different stages in an efficient manner
  • Partner with the business (hiring managers and wider interviewers): gathering requirements, present relevant candidates, support the interview process and help assess candidate’s skills
  • Be the point of contact for candidates and provide them with regular feedback
  • Ensure that the existing recruitment process is used in an efficient manner
  • Identify possible gaps in the process and be open to raise possible issues to the wider TA team and interview population
  • Help Optimizing TA processes as part of the talent acquisition team
The Successful Applicant
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience ideally in a in an international environment
  • Fully fluent in English, any other European languages are a plus
  • Dynamic, adaptable and driven personality
  • Can-do and positive attitude with a strong ability to adapt to change
  • Strong communication on all levels
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organization skills, able to adapt to a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
  • Confident to work with managers on different levels of seniority both internal and externally
