  • General administrative tasks
  • Travel organization worldwide – inclusive visa
  • Contact person for our company locations in the region “Greater South & East"
  • Contact with external official bodies and offices such as embassies, governmental offices, etc.
  • Organization, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of meetings, trainings and appointments
  • Correspondence in English is a must, additional languages such as French, Arabic or other languages of this region are an asset.
  • Co-organization of trade fairs
  • Organization of customer visits and customer care
  • Elaboration of figures and graphics
  • Monthly reporting, administration of invoices and regional management service fees

  • Commercial diploma or bachelor degree
  • Entry position with 1-2 years administration experience in an international company
  • age range 25-33
  • Fluent English knowledge (oral & written) are a must - French, Arabic, South East European languages are an asset
  • Good MS-Office-Knowledge
  • workload 80% - 100 %
  • Contract for one year with extension opportunities
