For one of our clients, a well known Swiss Private Bank, we are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager.



Your responsibilities


  • Provides administrative support to the relationship manager(s) with opening and closing accounts, preparing visits and trips, filing client data and documents, checking that clients’ investments are consistent with their risk profiles and serving clients, in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensures that the contractual documents signed by the clients and the supporting paperwork are up-to-date and comply with the Bank’s internal directives, taking into account the client’s profile and types of transactions.
  • Administrative tasks, transaction executions, discretionary management mandates, advisory mandates and client queries.
  • Records all transactions and client contact in the Bank’s data systems (transaction reports, contact reports, CMS declarations, etc.), as required by internal directives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal directives at all times (AML, Cross-border, suitability,...).


Your profile
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience within a Private Banking environment.
  • Knowledge of banking procedure and requirements.
  • Capacity to work well within a team and to work independently, swift and accurate even under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Service oriented, customer-centric mindset and responsible.
  • Fluent in French, English, other languages a plus.
