ROLE OVERVIEW

We invite a knowledgeable technician experienced in cell culture to play a key role in the development of our Upstream/cell culture processes aiming to produce multispecific antibodies.


The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in our different labs and execute tasks aiming into developing upstream process from the microscale bioreactor (15mL), benchscale bioreactor (3L) to pilot bioreactor (50-250L).


Agility, a solution-oriented mindset and organization skills are essentials to work in our exciting and challenging environment.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop cell culture processes for new biologics in mammalian cells (CHO) using a disposable bioreactor platform (15mL to 250L).
  • Sterile work under laminar flow hood.
  • Active participation in general maintenance of laboratory (including equipment, stocks, etc…).
  • Participate to the team meetings and discussions.
  • Participate in occasional weekend work to fulfill normal responsibilities.
  • Perform other relevant duties as required.

EDUCATION AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • CFC of biology or chemistry or BSc in biotechnology or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in mammalian cell culture, ideally using bioreactors
  • Ability to work with flexibility in a changing and demanding environment.
  • English (in a professional environment), both written and verbal is a must have.
  • Good communication skills
