Responsibilities
  • Collaboration in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements (according to Swiss GAAP FER) and the individual financial statements (according to OR)
  • Responsible for compliance with the group-wide accounting guidelines
  • Responsible for the Accounting Manual
  • Treasury management (cash and foreign exchange management, payment processing as well as planning and monitoring of balance sheet structure and creditworthiness, etc.)
  • VAT settlements (CH / DE)
  • Intercompany reconciliation of foreign subsidiaries
  • Further development of transfer pricing at SKAN group level
  • Responsible for tax return of the Swiss companies
  • Maintenance and further development of the SAP FI/CO module
  • Contact person for the auditing company
  • Responsible for the ICS
  • Collaboration in specific projects in the area of FI/CO
  • Supporting the specialist departments in all business management issues

Hardskills
  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance & controlling or with further training to become a Swiss certified accountant
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting, preferably in an auditing company
  • SAP knowledge (FI/CO modules mandatory), additional SAP module knowledge such as PP, SD, MM advantageous
  • Solid knowledge of the accounting standard Swiss GAAP FER and group reporting
  • Experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an international company
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel
  • Very good written and spoken language skills in German and English
