What you’ll do

We’re looking for an Avaloq certified professional to strengthen our Cards and Relationship & Rewards delivery team in Zurich. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll benefit from great variety in your work as well as excellent exposure. As an Avaloq Developer, you’ll be responsible for Avaloq parameterisation and developing software changes. It’s a chance to bring your skills in business analysis, software development, requirements gathering and support to our Application Management team.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Support banks’s Rewards and relationships journey

  • Knowledge of microservices and microservice orchestration would be beneficial

  • Knowledge of API management design and the management of end points, such as API gateways would be beneficial

  • Incident management, 3rd level support

  • Liase with Third Parties to deliver solutions

  • Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose end-to-end functionality

  • Technical testing activities during release cycles

  • Candidate will take a shared responsibility for successful implementation of Projects

The skills you’ll need

To join us in this role, you’ll need vast experience in Avaloq parameterisation and developing customised functionality. You should also have strong software implementation skills with Avaloq and good experience with Avaloq message interface and file handling. You’ll need to demonstrate related professional training or IT experience record, or a degree in computer science/engineering.

Additionally, you’ll need:

  • Good programming skills in PL/SQL

  • Skills in Windows environment, CoreNet, MS SQL, Web framework, MSSQL, Gitlab, Docker containers would be an added advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent English skills, German beneficial
