To support our Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a customer service and solution oriented person as a Broadcaster Servicing Intern, 100% (Temporary contract of 1 year)



In this role you will mainly act as FIFA World Cup™ (FWC) Public Viewing project manager.



Your duties



  • Manage a new platform that is being built in 2021 and hosted on FIFA.com
  • Manage relationship with FIFA’s Broadcast Partners involved in this project
  • Manage requests from third parties via the platform
  • Manage all the stakeholders involved in the process of requesting a licence: finance, legal, etc.
  • Implementing and managing agreements, including approval process
  • Manage Public Viewing requests from FIFA Sponsors in close cooperation with Marketing
  • Issue Public Viewing licenses from approval to payment via licensing process
  • Wrap up the project after the FWC (January 2023) including administrative, financial reconciliation and debrief report



Our requirements



  • Education in business management or equivalent
  • Knowledge and understanding of the sports industry, event experience is a plus
  • Fluent spoken and excellent written English, knowledge of any other language is an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) skills
  • Client management experience is an asset
  • Hands-on and proactive personality
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team but also independently
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders
