ON THE BALL?
To support our Judicial Bodies Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a customer service and solution orientedperson as anIntern Knowledge Hub, 100 % (Temporary contract of 6 months)
Your duties
- Assisting with the efficient and effective dealing of legal matters and analysing disputes
- Supporting with the interpretation of any kind of legal documents
- Revising employment litigations and other matters related to Sports law that are submitted to the FIFA competent bodies
- Dealing with legal issues coming from other departments providing a thorough and appropriate interpretation or legal opinion
- Assisting in the editing and evaluation of judgements, decisions, regulations, templates, presentations, etc.
- Working and updating a dedicated platform with all the relevant information and the potential reports
- Helping others by giving written and/or oral advice on the regulations as well as on general legal issues to players, clubs, member associations, agents, legal advisors, etc.
Our requirements
- University degree in law, Attorneys degree is considered an asset
- Experience in legal services in an international environment
- Legal experience in sport related associations
- Fluent language skills in English and at least one more FIFA language (German, Spanish, French)
- Accuracy and quality orientation
- Ability to separate essentials / main issues from side-issues
- Self-confidence and diplomacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Pragmatic
- Team work capabilities
- Political feeling combined with stamina
- Identification with football and FIFA
