Job Summary:

The Brokerage Audit/Training Specialist performed Customs clearance audit, provides training and training-related support to Brokerage Operations (import and export). This position creates, updates, and audits training materials to ensure UPS Brokerage compliance as per Customs regulations.

Your tasks:

Developing Brokerage Training

Conducting Brokerage Training

Assessing Training Effectiveness

Monitoring Brokerage Training Projects

Supporting Brokerage Systems Deployments

Managing audit as per self-assessment program and certification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to the job. Customs Broker License required.

5 years of relevant working experience within logistics

Good knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Code, Customs regulations and Systems (EDEC, NCTS, TARES);

Experience in Import and Export Customs clearance.

High motivated and organized

Languages: fluent in German and English, French appreciated.

MS office proficiency (power point – excel)

Strong writing and oral communication Skills

Strong teaching skills.

Patient – Diplomatic.

Ability to travel

Working hours: Day + based on business requirements
