Job Description

In order to expand our Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Business Analyst eSolutions. The mission is for one of our clients, aprivate bank in Geneva, in the process of transformation.

Your mission

Your daily job will look as follow:

• Driving deep-dive workshops with other product teams (Infinity, TAP, Transact, CLM),business reps, designing agency to derive detailed requirements;
• Analyzing of detailed requirements and creation/ownership of backlog;
• Coordinating w/ Infinity and designing agency teams to ensure business requirements are aligned with user experience and technically feasible in Infinity product;
• Test casedrafting, testing execution of features front to back;
• Supportingin new business process definition and implementation for front/middle/back office.

Your profile and your skills:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need an experience in private banking or IT related fields;You’ll also need at least3 years of experience in a similar role.

Furthermore, you’ll need:

• experienced in creating mobile app product;
• familiarity with the Agile methodology;
• proficiency in French or English;
• Swiss Residency.
