Business Analyst – IT Lead

Position overview

Responsible for managing the successful delivery of a project as defined by the Final Project Objectives (FPO’s) within the agreed upon scope, schedule and budget as well as hands-on activities with the project team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Program Manager (if applicable) and site leaders to achieve the project objectives and ensures that the project plan aligns with the overarching program plan

• Resolves functional and technical problems to deliver to time, spend, and quality to ensure realization of business benefits

• Provides proactive communication of project status, budget, issues, and risks to sponsors and stakeholders

• Ensures adherence to J&J established processes (SDLC, PMx etc.) while executing the project

• Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business may want to identification of what is needed via the good use of elicitation techniques.

• Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
• Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required

• Is able to apply the baseline framework and context diagram to ensure all potential internal and external stakeholders are fully identified.
• Documents user acceptance testing or and may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied
• Writes, manages, and clarifies story points and may develop use cases for complex requirements
• Impact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintaining systems FAQ in local language

• 
  Experience with data analytics and IT project management practices (required)

• Microsoft Tools experience (MS Project Server, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 5+ years of project/program management experience
