  • Conduct a comprehensive examination of existing business processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and sales team members.
  • Supervise and actively participate in the implementation of Business Intelligence tools for international markets (Sales Force / RMIS / RIS / Power BI) to enhance the digitalization of distribution and sales management support.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Play an active role in change management activities and support the adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose strategies to mitigate them.
  • Plan and coordinate market research studies to support sales and specific marketing initiatives, and present findings from these studies.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes.
  • Use analytics to propose changes to senior management and actively participate in implementing approved changes.
  • Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reports that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
The Successful Applicant
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst is essential. ¨
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Sales Force, Power BI, and other relevant tools is necessary.
  • Fluency in either German or French
  • Excellent English language skills are required.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices is important.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is required.
  • Strong management skills are important for effectively overseeing tasks and projects.
