The Business analyst is to recommend and facilitate the design, testing, development, implementation and maintenance of MSC software applications, in order to meet the company’s strategic objectives and business requirements.

He/she provides leadership throughout the entire software development life cycle to ensure that the product meets company goals, business needs and requirements.

He/she is to take a proactive role to ensure that the highest level of performance is achieved on the following key criteria:

  • Products and services in accordance with user’s requirements and processes.
  • Products quality (flexibility, usability, reliability, maintainability).
  • Service quality (communication, usage of methodology throughout the product life cycle, documentation, products delivery in accordance with estimated costs and delivery time).
  • Communication within the company in order to ensure awareness and acceptance of people on these projects.
  • His/her analytical skills will allow him/her a) to thoroughly understand the system’s functionality and design, and b) to write specifications for new functionalities /change request as required by business units.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner in an IT development team.
  • Master or bachelor’s in business and Information Technology.
  • Fluent or Native English with previous experience in working with distributed teams, offshore and/or nearshore.
  • Previous Experience in an Agile environment.
  • Experience of Application Development methodologies.
  • Experience in Business Requirements formalization and in Use Case/Business Rules definition and writing.

  • You are eligible to work in Switzerland, EU or Swiss citizenship or valid work permit.
