Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Business Analyst – Supplier Collaboration to support the New Consumer Health Business. This position will be located in Zug, Switzerland.

In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.  

Job Description

As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Technology Product Owner – Supplier Collaboration, this role will be responsible for executing the vision, strategic objectives, and roadmap for the Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) product line ensuring business needs and requirements are translated into products that provide value to the business. This role will have a deep understanding of processes across our supply chain, develop and protect the legacy SNC platform globally, manage value delivery end-to-end and value realization for supplier collaboration products and platforms, working closely as a strategic partner with technology and business teams. This role will be integral to building a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement while ensuring a connected and cohesive global strategy across our supplier collaboration products.

As a technologist in digital supplier collaboration products this role will empower our Supply Chain partners and technology leaders through the delivery of products and platforms that create differentiated digital capabilities and deliver unique customer experiences throughout our supply chain. This role is a key player in the delivery, roll-out, support and development of the supplier collaboration platform to enable effective E2E processes for Supply Chain.

This role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy, human-centered design, and technical execution to help shape demand with the business, translate needs to enable teams to deploy, manage, and modernize a portfolio of next-generation supplier collaboration products & platforms.

This role will also be responsible for supporting and executing large-scale, high-visibility global technology initiatives across the NA, LATAM, EMEA, and ASPAC regions and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets.  



Responsibilities: 
  • Understand and help shape vision, goals, and objective for our global supplier collaboration products and platforms, co-shaping strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery
  • Work hand-in-hand as a strategic partner with business teams and drive engagement with third party partners to deploy digital technology products and drive continuous improvements of supplier collaboration products
  • Lead continuous improvement activities across the supplier collaboration product lifecycle
  • Maintain the legacy SNC platform in an operational, healthy state
  • Work across Supply Chain technology product squads and the business to define business needs, requirements, and translate them into a product backlog and ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy
  • Maximize return on investment from supplier collaboration by identifying and prioritizing product features and ensuring the team is “building the right thing” to drive business value
  • Help shape a cross-product roadmap for global supplier collaboration products
  • Explain how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve end-user experience
  • Support/ facilitate system demos
  • Apply business process improvement methods for optimization
  • Collaborate with teams across Supply Chain technology and the business to ensure successful launch and continuous improvement across the supplier collaboration product lifecycle
  • Track metrics to measure value generation from supplier collaboration products including end-user KPIs, product performance, team health, and product maturity

Qualifications

Position Requirements:
  • 5 years’ experience as a business/technology analyst in Supply Chain or related field with responsibility for P&L and key performance indicators of the organization
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes
  • Strategic/big thinking mindset with ability to drill into details where necessary
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision
  • Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
  • Understanding of industry trends and customer needs, ability to create a value proposition for the user and a vision for technology that best support business goals
  • Ability to manage a broad set of internal and external business drivers in order to prioritize technology solutions
  • Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field

  

Preferred Requirements/Competencies
  • Professional certifications preferred but not required: Agile (SAFe, PMI, etc.)
