Your role


  • Perform in-depth anti-money laundering (AML) analysis for high-risk clients in application of the regulations on the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (LBA, OBA-FINMA, CDB20);
  • Perform annual PEP reviews in application of the regulations on the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (LBA, OBA-FINMA, CDB20) and present the conclusions to the AML Committee;
  • Take responsibility for tax alerts (art 305 bis SCC) and Watchlist reviews;
  • Process KYC updates for existing accounts;
  • Provide the necessary support and training to relationship managers in particular;
  • Manage, in collaboration with the Team Head, ad hoc projects relating to the team’s activities;
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of laws and regulations in all matters related to compliance.

Your profile


  • University degree in law/banking or Anti-Money Laundering certification
  • 3 years’ experience in AML
  • Confirmed work experience in Compliance or similar functions
  • Excellent knowledge of the financial and regulatory environment
  • Excellent legal knowledge of compliance
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
  • Adherence to ethical standards and values
  • Conscientiousness
  • Discretion, confidentiality and team spirit
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
