Your responsibilities involve overseeing and delivering customer programs encompassing various service streams, managing orders, revenue, and gross margins with a focus on T&M business, in line with customer contracts and utilizing the Joint Responsibility Matrix (JRM) for control.

You achieve your goals through effective interaction with relevant Service Lines and Solution Groups, using consultative sales methods up to the C-level to influence customer strategic direction and becoming a trusted advisor to assigned customers.

You drive joint business planning with customers and prospects, identifying suitable solutions and services, working closely with sales to lead all phases of business development, driving innovation, and achieving growth strategies for the customer.

You establish the leadership and reporting structure for the account team and implement escalation and complaint management strategies for all customers. You also negotiate new contracts and contract extensions with customers, sales, third parties, and commercial management.

You lead the Pursuit Team, providing resources for effective closure and delivery of sales opportunities, while developing an Opportunity Pipeline with the goal of generating closures.

You develop a deep understanding of the brand and portfolio, staying updated on market trends and potential future developments, proactively deriving methods for business advancement.

Success Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 8 years in sales and delivery in the services market.
  • Strong sales skills, expertise in consultative/solution-oriented sales, technical knowledge in IT consulting, and a deep understanding of the market, competition, and industry trends.
  • Contacts and relationships at the C-level.
  • Understanding of business factors in the Public sector and emerging market trends.
  • Proficiency in German, English, and French.
