Business Development Manager
100% (m/f/d)
Job Description
The core task is to develop the national and international market for Swiss
embryos.
- Analysis of the potential in the national and international market, in
- Build up an offer of embryos in collaboration with top breeding farms in
- Find and creating opportunities for increasing sales within existing and new
- Assistance of the Head of Production in developing the production capacities
- Multi-year experience in the international embryo market (sales) and in a
- Thorough understanding of dairy and meat production systems and herd
- Practical experience in applying sales approaches
- Experienced project manager
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of embryo production and
- Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented approach
- Proven competence in achieving goals with teams (ability to motivate people)
- High assertiveness
- Conceptual thinking with consistent implementation orientation
