Business Development Manager
100% (m/f/d)
Job Description
The core task is to develop the national and international market for Swiss
embryos.

Responsibilities
  • Analysis of the potential in the national and international market, in
compliance with the legal regulations
  • Build up an offer of embryos in collaboration with top breeding farms in
Switzerland
  • Find and creating opportunities for increasing sales within existing and new
customers
  • Assistance of the Head of Production in developing the production capacities
Experience and skills
  • Multi-year experience in the international embryo market (sales) and in a
leading position with financial responsibility
  • Thorough understanding of dairy and meat production systems and herd
development
  • Practical experience in applying sales approaches
  • Experienced project manager
  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of embryo production and
in-vitro-fertilised embryos
  • Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented approach
  • Proven competence in achieving goals with teams (ability to motivate people)
  • High assertiveness
  • Conceptual thinking with consistent implementation orientation
