Für unseren Kunden suchen wir in Zofingen eine/n Business Process Management Expert (m/w) 100%.

Aufgaben:

In process management

• As part of the BPM team, support definition of processes in Siegfried, including mapping using BPMN/L with the relevant business partner and active management/optimization of processes
• Organize regular superuser meetings and yearly global superuser conference for systems that require superuser support functions (e.g. ERP, Collaboration tools)
• Perform select organizational tasks for the department
• Train and educate employees on new processes, tools, and methodologies
• Align with key stakeholders organization on projects to harmonize and improve actual process design on a regular basis
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with the global IT department to support communication and network between IT and the other departments.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive change management initiatives throughout the organization

In projects

• Project management for selected IT projects (deliver on-time and in-budget projects with realistic timelines based on resource availability and priority)
• Contribute to better organized project activities for large IT-projects including active organizational support and feedback
• Drive select cross-functional tasks and select organizational tasks in large IT-projects

Anforderungen:

Knowledge and experience

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in informatics or chemistry or biology, combined with 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CDMO industries (all roles) OR a doctoral degree in natural sciences (chemistry, biology, physics, etc.)
• Experience in process management and defining business-requirements for IT-systems is preferred
• Previous experience in a PMO or IT-consultant role would be an advantage
• Must have a demonstrated abilityto structure and plan large projects and project teams

to comprehend and organize complex projects, information, and data sets, and to work on multiple projects in parallel
to manage stakeholders and expectations effectively

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to process optimization is a plus
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile would be beneficial

Personal strengths

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Language skills in German, French, Spanish, or Mandarin would be beneficial
• Must have the ability to communicate with colleagues with diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences, and to work efficiently with people of all education levels
• Should have a passion for learning, exploring new topics, and embracing diverse experiences in different departments.
• Should have a strong collaborative mindset while also demonstrating self-motivation and proactive approach to work
• Must possess attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Should be open to travelling occasionally for work
