Die VTM Personal GmbH ist ein Personaldienstleistungsbüro mit Sitz in Oftringen.

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir in Zofingen eine/n Legal Counsel (m/w) 60-80%.

Aufgaben:

  • Offer legal support
  • Negotiate and draft international contracts such as supply, custom manufacturing or procurement agreements for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
  • Advise and support global corporate functions (HR, Finance, Engineering, etc.) in all legal matters
  • Conduct court and arbitration proceedings
  • Provide your expert opinion on questions about antitrust and stock exchange law
  • Collaborate with, instruct and supervise local external counsels
  • Support the General Counsel in international projects (M&A, joint venture, etc.)

Anforderungen:

  • You have completed a Master of Laws; qualification as Attorney-at-Law in Switzerland, Germany or a common law country is a plus
  • You have around 3 years of post-qualification experience working for a reputable law firm, or in an in-house legal, with a focus on commercial law and/or commercial litigation
  • Any knowledge of the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in contractual and business English and German is necessary for the role. Knowledge of Spanish or French would be a plus
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to process optimization is a plus
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile would be beneficial

  • Language skills in German, French, Spanish, or Mandarin would be beneficial
  • Must have the ability to communicate with colleagues with diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences, and to work efficiently with people of all education levels
  • Should have a passion for learning, exploring new topics, and embracing diverse experiences in different departments.
  • Should have a strong collaborative mindset while also demonstrating self-motivation and proactive approach to work
  • Must possess attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Should be open to travelling occasionally for work
