Proclinical are recruiting a Change Coordinator for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Visp. The client is focused on facilitating remedies that avert illness and assist in people living healthier lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and control project change requests through to final approval.
  • Organise change meetings and guarantee the proper team members attend the evaluation panel.
  • Recognise all project areas possibly impacted by the change.
  • When needed, you will discuss the status of changed to the project team.
  • Escalate possible change requests in the client’s systems for those requesters outside of the client with no access.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and administer the project change control process and possible/project change logs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact to clients concerning change management on the project.
  • You will uphold change consciousness in project staff and supervise for change actions.
  • Support and assist in the project as well as the clients across the change management procedure.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in an engineering, science, or business management discipline or comparable work experience.
  • Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German which would be beneficial.
  • At least 8+ years of experience working on large projects such as > 100 Mio CHF, ideally also experienced in being a part of a cross-functional team on large projects.
  • Capable of comprehending data in a reliable and effective manner as well as able to convey pertinent information to senior management.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity working within an international setting.
  • Prior involvement in biopharmaceutical facilities, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, would be ideal.
  • Analytical competency.
  • Capable of performing analysis on multifaceted/large data sets, draw suppositions appropriately and plan and assist with decisions.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity; conforming to prioritise and demands shifting dependent on company needs.
  • A high capacity to implement duties within a fast-paced setting.
