We are currently mandated by one of our clients, a leading manufacturer within the aviation industry, in their search for a Client Account Manager to strengthen their team in Luzern. As a Client Account Manager you would provide high-quality client service for the companies’ costumers in the EMEA & CIS region.

Your Mission
  • Develop and manage effective client relationships on an international level
  • Responsible for the management of all client orders including order review and recommendations on acceptance, processing quotes and orders on-line, communicating parts availability and pricing information, delivery schedules, and expedite requests
  • Effectively communicate internally with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction and positive customer feedback
  • Support general operational issues at the customer
Your Profile
  • 5-7 years’ working experience in a client-facing position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required as well as French or German
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills and focus on process and standard work
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Prior work experience with aerospace and airline customers needed
  • Open to travel (up to 15-20% travel to customer sites)
