In this role, you have the opportunity to

work in a very central role in the EDI team as it is the link between Philips and all contract customers.

You are responsible for

  • Management of contracts (service, pay per use, ...)
  • Adaptation and optimisation of contracts
  • Planning system updates/grades together with the project manager
  • Main contact person with contract customers
  • Link between sales, service and customer
  • Control of the accounting of services

You are a part of

a very young and dynamic team in a Med Tech IT division that is growing very fast. In a sector in which Philips wants to become more and more strong. Self-organisation and time management will be absolutely in your hands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Strong technical background
  • Familiar with radiology and/or cardiology domains in hospital and/or clinics
  • Good knowledge with MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, …)
  • Customer-oriented focus, excellent personal approach and autonomous mindset
  • Great problem solving skills/mindset
  • Fluent in German, English and French, Italian would be a plus
