Tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical project team (CRA, CTM, CPL) during study set up, conduct, and close out.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) in an inspection-ready state for all clinical studies.
  • Assist the clinical team with preparing, handling, distributing, collecting, filing, and archiving clinical and regulatory documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Establish and maintain the Clinical Trial Management System.
  • Assist with the tracking and managing electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and data queries.
  • Support the clinical team and trial sites in project communications through e-mails, teleconference calls, and meetings.
  • Assist study team on study budget, agreements, and invoices (tracking and site communication).
  • Provide support for study audits and inspections.
  • Support to comply with ICH/GCP guidelines, GDPR, patient data protection laws, applicable SOPs, and study requirements.
Requirements
  • Willing to support our experts with the development of new human/animal medicines, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices/diagnostics
  • Eager to bring your expertise to a diverse, international team and learn different new skills
  • Positive and energetic attitude, customer service oriented,
  • Willing to take the initiative in a dynamic environment,
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member. Hands-on “Startup mentality” is a prerequisite.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills,
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Be (financial) results-oriented for Hemex and its clients.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • Extraordinary scientific/medical writing skills is a plus
  • Fluent in English (oral, written) plus at least 1 Swiss national language (German, French, Italian).
  • Additional languages are a plus.
