Are you an Experienced Cloud Solution Architect with a big picture perspective, who can also act as product owner and backlog organizer, coordinator and technical expert working with other departments? We are looking for a senior Azure architect to support our client in design and implementation activities evolving their cloud-based Software-as-a-Service platform analyzing data from multiple modalities and scaling globally to support data-driven medicine adoption.

Responsibilities

• Technical Design and implementation activities to evolve our client’s cloud infrastructure solutions and services that meet the needs of our customers, engineers, data scientists and internal users to create scalable cloud architecture and services
• Technical consultant to product development teams
• Conducting solution architecture of specific modules to continuously improve and evolve the Platform architecture to support additional modalities and applications
• Working with DevOps/SRE/Infra teams to Automate the cloud environment with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as a code
• Definition and implementation of security strategies and regulatory / compliance needs
• Defining cloud technologies roadmap and evolution to take advantages of continuous innovation of cloud technologies
• Motivate and inspire the team by promoting positive communication, encouraging participation of all team members, and demonstrating flexibility
• As a Technical Lead provide leadership to a cross functional team in context of projects and initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• Several years of Azure cloud architecture experience, setting up new environments and landing zones for SaaS solutions
• Product ownership experience, including task prioritization, management, and assignment
• Familiar with governance and cost control
• Experience managing of vendors or suppliers
• Excellent communicator, including with non-technical departments
• Located in Switzerland ideally near Lausanne as weekly visits to the client would be necessary
• French knowledge is nice to have
