A commercial apprentice builds relationships with key people within the organization and develops the ability to confidently liaise and negotiate with suppliers and internal and external stakeholders. The apprentice learns various Thermo Fisher Scientific business units in a rotation mode and must complete mandatory, strictly regulated, defined practical and theory taught. A commercial apprentice has consistently acquired the same skills and taken the same courses in accounting, controlling, marketing, etc. Moreover, the school is attended part- time.
